Так воровал волгоградский генерал Вельможко, так крал ростовский сити-менеджер Логвиненко. Так было при Михаиле Скокове в Новочеркасске.
Также крадут и при Агаркове с Туркиным и Глазыриным.

Главное не снижать объемов украденного.
